Heading 1

How to apply: Select your text, then choose Heading 1 from the Paragraph dropdown.

Heading 2

How to apply: Highlight your text and select Heading 2 from the Paragraph dropdown.

Heading 2 (Baseline)

How to apply: Highlight your text and select Heading 2 from the Paragraph dropdown, then add the Baseline H2 style from the Styles dropdown.

Heading 2 (Baseline Grey)

How to apply: Highlight your text and select Heading 2 from the Paragraph dropdown, then add the Baseline Grey H2 style from the Styles dropdown.

Heading 2 (Underline)

How to apply: Highlight your text and select Heading 2 from the Paragraph dropdown, then add the Underline H2 style from the Styles dropdown.

Heading 3 (Baseline)

Heading 3 (Baseline Grey)

Heading 3 (Underline)

How to apply: Highlight your text and select Heading 3 from the Paragraph dropdown, then add the Underline H3 style from the Styles dropdown.

Heading 4

How to apply: Highlight your text and select Heading 4 from the Paragraph dropdown.

Heading 4 (Secondary)

How to apply: Highlight your text and select Heading 4 from the Paragraph dropdown, then select Secondary H4 from the Styles dropdown.

Heading 5

How to apply: Highlight your text and select Heading 5 from the Paragraph dropdown.

Text Styles

  • Bold text – Use for emphasis or section labels.
  • Italic text – Use for subnotes or secondary comments.
  • Strikethrough text – Indicates removed or outdated information.
  • Underlined text – Use sparingly for emphasis (avoid overuse, as it can look like a link).

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. 

  • Uses the Styles dropdown.

How to apply: Use the Styles dropdown or toolbar icons to apply each formatting style.

Unformatted List

  • Standard unordered list item
  • Used for simple lists without numbers
  • Each item is bulleted by default

Formatted List

  1. Standard ordered list item
  2. Used when order or sequence matters
  3. Items are automatically numbered

Use this button style for key calls to action, such as “Submit,” “Register,” or “Learn More.” 
How to apply: Highlight your link text, click the link icon to insert a URL, then select the Button style from the Styles dropdown.

Upload an image from your computer

You can insert images from your computer to enhance your content. Use the image alignment options to position it left, right, or centered. 
How to apply: Click the Insert Image icon, choose Upload, and set alignment under Image Properties.

Note: Images floated to the left or right can be tricky. Make sure there is sufficient text to either side of the image or do not display them aligned. 

Upload an image from the media library

Instead of uploading a new file, you can select an existing image from the site’s media library. 
How to apply: Click Insert from Media Library and choose your desired image.

Add a Table

Tables are useful for structured data like comparisons or schedules. 
How to apply: Use the Table icon in the editor to insert and format columns/rows.

Add a Blockquote

Use blockquotes to highlight quotes, testimonials, or important statements. 
How to apply: Highlight your text, then select Blockquote from the Styles dropdown.

Extras

Need extra space at the bottom of a text block?

Adds moderate spacing below this paragraph for visual separation. 
How to apply: Select Paragraph Spacer Bottom from the Styles dropdown.

Adds larger spacing below the paragraph, useful before major section breaks. 
How to apply: Choose Paragraph Spacer Bottom (Large) from the Styles dropdown.

Need bigger text?

This style increases the font size of the paragraph for emphasis, often used for introductory or summary text. 
How to apply: Select Paragraph Large from the Styles dropdown.
