This presentation explains the invaluable role mentorship, and motivation plays in creating a positive work environment, increasing staff performance, and strengthening one’s own leadership success. Why and how basic ABA skills form the foundation for understanding motivation in the workplace will be explained. The interdependency of mentorship and effective leadership will be explored and explained through a behavioral lens.
