Abstract
For this session, Dr. Natalia Baires will begin by examining how cultural values and biases can create friction and how to navigate these complexities to engage in meaningful conversation. Then, Nasiah Cirincione-Ulezi will explore how language has the power to bridge divides and strengthen social bonds and provide practical techniques for engaging in constructive dialogue to foster relationships built on mutual respect and collaborative action. This session will equip you with the tools to build connections and cultivate a sense of collective purpose.
