Presenters Nasiah Cirincione-Ulezi, Anita Li, Tyra Sellers, and Michael Fabrizio will discuss key topics such as leadership, mentorship, and the role of artificial intelligence in instructional design. Nasiah will describe leadership as a catalyst while addressing the opportunities and challenges of AI in education. Anita will focus on the responsibilities of college teaching, emphasizing effective assignment delivery and critical discussions with students. Tyra will examine best practices for supervisory support and mentoring staff, and Michael will discuss the complexities and high stakes of disciplinary actions.
