Abstract
Pro technicians implement error correction procedures when working with clients. This course instructs technicians on how to assist their supervisor by looking at client data to troubleshoot programs that aren’t working and assess and suggest strategies/programs that might be more effective. This course also guides them in how to train other technicians to use error corrections with a high degree of fidelity.
Note: The course includes materials for supervisors to support their technician’s learning. This added feature enhances real-time application and helps learners get more out of the training experience.
