Abstract
As technicians take on more responsibility, professionalism becomes essential. That means managing time, responding to feedback, providing feedback, mentoring others, and staying on top of certification requirements. In this course bundle, Dr. Linda LeBlanc and Dr. Tyra Sellers bring their technician-development expertise to a series of practical lessons designed to help ProTechs sharpen their professional skills. The lessons also guide them to and support other technicians who are on the same journey.
