Learners will be able to teach others how to implement various prompt procedures and types, as well as assist their supervisors in determining which strategies are most appropriate for implementation with their clients.

Describe what a prompt is.
Understand why we prompt and when we prompt.
Differentiate and identify the kinds of prompts across prompt categories (within-stimulus and extra-stimulus).
Identify and implement different types of prompt procedures (most to least, least to most, three-step, graduated guidance, progressive time delay, constant time delay).
Fade prompts according to a prompt hierarchy and fading procedure and follow progression, regression, and mastery criteria.
Provide feedback to other technicians on implementing different types of prompt procedures.
Collect treatment integrity data on prompting procedures.
